By accessing or using FunRide PH (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, event participants, and event organizers.
FunRide PH is an online event registration platform that connects runners and cyclists with event organizers across the Philippines. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
To register for events or manage listings, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@funrideph.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Payments on FunRide PH are processed by PayMongo, a third-party payment processor licensed and regulated in the Philippines. By completing a registration payment, you authorize FunRide PH and the relevant event organizer to charge the stated registration fee. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise noted.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Please review the event organizer’s refund and cancellation policy before completing payment. See also our Refund Policy.
Participation in running, cycling, and other physical events carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. By registering for any event through FunRide PH, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You release FunRide PH, its officers, employees, and partners from any liability arising from your participation in any event listed on the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.
You acknowledge that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in the event for which you are registering and that you have consulted a physician if necessary.
Participants and organizers are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and respect toward all other participants, volunteers, officials, and spectators. FunRide PH reserves the right to remove any user from the Platform who engages in harassment, fraud, or any conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Event organizers are solely responsible for the content of their event listings, the accuracy of event details (dates, distances, fees, cut-off times), and for conducting the event as advertised. FunRide PH acts as a registration intermediary and is not liable for any failure, cancellation, or modification of an event by the organizer.
All content on the Platform — including the FunRide PH name, logo, website design, and software — is owned by or licensed to FunRide PH and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunRide PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any event. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FunRide PH in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.
